Hardware Replacement

Remove the mounting plate (9 torx screws). Gently lift the mounting plate

with the display and power card.

Flip the mounting plate and unscrew the 4 torx screws.

Re-assemble the panel in reverse order.

8.4.1 Self-testoftheDisplay

To perform a self-test of the display, follow the steps below:

Start the operator panel in a self-test mode (see table in the

Mode Switches section).

Go to the display test. Verify that the d

isplay works.

If the screen does not work, try fault tracing, see the Fault Tracing section.

8.4.2 CalibratingtheTouchScreen

Follow the steps belo

w to calibrate the touch screen:

Set the MODE switches to the correct positions in order to enter the Service

Menu mode (see table in the Mode Switches section).

Switch on the power and follow the instructions.

Power off the operating panel.

Reset all MODE switches to the OFF position.
